Common Book Initiative
In 2024, TWHE launched its inaugural Common Book Initiative! This initiative is part of TWHE’s broader mission to empower women in higher education throughout the state. Through reading and participation, the hope is to promote meaningful discussions around critical themes in higher education and support women at various stages in their career.
This year’s common book is A Leadership Guide for Women in Higher Education by author Marjorie Hass, Ph.D.
Members are encouraged to connect with the TWHE Institutional Representative at their institution to participate in a group-based guided discussion or to simply read the book on their own.
