Institutional Representatives

Institutional Representatives (IRs) serve as a pivotal connection between Texas institutions of higher education and Texas Women in Higher Education. IRs advocate for women leaders on their campus and plan and participate in TWHE local and state programs.

Basic responsibilities of an Institutional Representative include, but are not limited to:

    • Connecting women administrators on campus
    • Enhancing the profile of women on campus
    • Promoting relevant communication on campus
    • Participating and communicating with Texas Women in Higher Education
