When and Where:
Sunday, March 29-Tuesday, March 31, 2020
Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center
Our annual conference is for women in Texas higher education who are looking to grow and refine their professional and leadership skills.
What to Expect:
Sessions will include keynote addresses from leaders in higher education, and there will be numerous breakout sessions ranging in topics from communication skills to developing a brand to faculty-staff interaction. There will also be ample networking time.
Click here for a tentative agenda. This agenda will be updated frequently.
Do you have new or gently used business clothes that don’t bring you joy? Please bring them to the conference and donate them! TWHE representatives will have collection bins at the registration desk where you can drop your donations.
We intend to continue this tradition at future conferences, and each year, we will select a local organization or two for clothing distribution. In this inaugural year, we have selected the Center for Transforming Lives in Ft. Worth.
Come to the lunch session on Monday to hear directly from Carol Klocek, CEO of the Center for Transforming Lives, on the impact your donations can have on their clients’ well-being.
Registration is open!

This year, the session is titled “Negotiation: Our Values, our Value, and The Ask.” This session will cover the cultural issues surrounding negotiating, determining your value, recognizing when to negotiate, and learning to see and define possibilities. Make sure you register separately for this session.
